WP1 Conceptual Framework Specification and User- Centric Requirements Elicitation

WP1 focuses on coordinating key project activities, including reviewing and categorizing AI tools and defining specifications for the GenAI4ED platform. This ensures alignment with pilot case studies and end-user needs. Additionally, WP1 oversees the design of pilot studies and develops criteria for evaluating tools, leveraging the consortium’s diverse expertise for effective project design.

WP2 GenAI for education: social, ethical and psychological implications

WP2 explores the ethical, social, and legal implications of integrating generative AI into secondary education. It addresses critical issues related to organizational, ethical, and policy frameworks, ensuring responsible and equitable implementation of AI technologies in educational settings.

WP3 GenAI tools Assessment and Bridging with Human Skills

WP3 focuses on enhancing educational experiences by designing a real-time dialogue interface for dynamic collaboration, a public feedback system for user input, and a data analytics dashboard for usage insights. It also establishes a Decision Support System for personalized recommendations, integrating these functional modules seamlessly into the GenAI4ED platform.

WP4 GenAI4ED Platform Design and Development

WP4 is dedicated to building the GenAI4ED platform with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, security, and privacy. This includes requirement analysis, architecture and UI/UX design, backend development, tool integration, and rigorous testing. The result will be a secure, user-friendly platform that meets ethical, regulatory, and educational standards, enhancing the experience for teachers and students.

WP5 Pilots Execution and Evaluation

WP5 oversees the execution of pilot use cases in educational settings to assess the impact and effectiveness of the GenAI4ED platform and its AI tools in middle education. The insights from these evaluations will inform policy recommendations, shaping an enhanced role for educators and fostering innovative practices in education.

WP6 Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation

WP6 ensures the project’s visibility, impact, and sustainability by coordinating communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities. It targets diverse audiences, including educators, policymakers, and the public, through strategic outreach and collaboration. WP6 promotes the adoption of project outputs, raises awareness, and fosters stakeholder engagement to maximize the project’s reach and long-term benefits.

WP7 Project Management and Coordination

WP7 focuses on establishing robust project management, effective communication channels with the European Commission, and cohesive scientific and technical direction. It ensures timely and budget-compliant delivery of objectives, continuous quality assurance, progress monitoring, and efficient coordination of project meetings to maintain alignment and address challenges proactively.
